Lindsay Shahim, Managing Director
Lindsay Shahim, owner and founder of NuAngle, is a registered nurse with local and international experience. Having spent a number of year in the United States of America and the United Kingdom, Lindsay returned to South Africa in 1994 and started her career in the medical sales industry. In 1999, Lindsay established NuAngle to represent the brand of Porges Urology and Surgery, now owned by Coloplast, in South Africa. When Mentor, then owned by Coloplast, asked NuAngle to launch breast implants into the South African market, NuAngle’s Aesthetics division was born. The evolution of the Aesthetics business to include a world-leading topical anti-ageing treatment was the next step in service delivery to the market. NuAngle’s Aesthetics division became synonymous with high-quality skin care products and dedicated sales support. Lindsay and her dynamic team are very excited to work with ZO® Skin Health, as it is the most exciting and powerful topical anti-ageing brand that NuAngle has encountered.
Lindsay’s role, as managing director, covers all the aspects of the different businesses, divisions and countries in the NuAngle Group of companies. She loves what she does, the fascinating people she gets to deal with, the industry-leading products her companies distribute and the challenges and learning opportunities that come with it. Despite her busy work life, Lindsay is still very family orientated and in one day she can take her children to school, spend time in the operating room, attend a product development meeting, participate in an IT and digital strategy session, deliberate over ISO and CE mark protocols and then spend the evening with her family catching up over dinner.
“I am exceptionally blessed to be working with a dedicated and driven team” – Lindsay Shahim, Managing Director
